A Search Into the Heart and Soul of the Hindu Spirit

BookSurge proudly announces the publication of The Dharma Videos of Lust and Bust: A Novel of Religious Mysteries by Anoop Chandola.

TUCSON, ARIZONA (PRWEB) November 12, 2005 -- BookSurge announces the release of The Dharma Videos of Lust and Bust: A Novel of Religious Mysteries by Anoop Chandola.

As Professor Emeritus in East Asian Studies, a linguist, anthropologist and Hindu priest, Anoop Chandola is uniquely qualified to write of Hindu life, including mythology, legends, and rituals. Calling upon a lifetime of study and experience, he gives us The Dharma Videos of Lust and Bust: A Novel of Religious Mysteries, in which he creates fiction intertwined with the fascinating history and culture of a world we rarely see, and about which we know so little.

The protagonist is both professor and priest, a man of radical beliefs who urges his followers to repudiate all religions, including Hindu. It is through viewing videos that he gains his insight, which he then shares with Hindu Americans who are mystified by their culture and confused about their identities. Throughout the book, Chandola’s narrator exposes the reader to all phases of this religion and leads his followers with great purpose along a path of knowledge and awareness. Where that path leads—as well as how and what each character learns during the journey—constitutes the central drama of this book.

What better way to learn about a history, a people, and the religious and cultural nuclei that drive the heart and soul of the Hindu spirit?
