New York (PRWEB) November 13, 2005 -- LatinVision Media Inc. today announced the venue for its first business networking event for Hispanic professionals and others interested in connecting with this group. The event, which will be held in New York City on Thursday, November 17th at New York University, is by invitation only. Guests may register at www.latinvision.com/lvp
LatinVision Media has partnered with NYU’s Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) to bring together Hispanic professionals from a wide range of fields and industries in a social setting that makes it easy to meet and exchange ideas.
LatinVision Media’s alliance with CLACS and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is designed to highlight the importance and value of education among Hispanics in the U.S. Ten percent of profits from the networking events will be donated to a fund managed by HACU and distributed as tuition scholarships to Hispanic students who demonstrate need.
The November 17th event begins with a cocktail party from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After the networking, guests can enjoy themselves dancing to Latino music. Over 300 people are expected to attend.
