Nigro Development Breaks Ground On 'The Place at Seven Hills'

A Las Vegas-based company, Nigro Development, launched a new mixed-used project, The Place at Seven Hills, in the fast-growing area of Henderson, Nev. The Place at Seven Hills is anchored by Hampton Inn & Suites.

Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) November 13, 2005 -- Nigro Development broke ground on a new $15 million, 75,000-square-foot Hampton Inn & Suites at 3245 St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, Nev. The hotel marks the first phase of an eight acre, $25 million master-planned mixed-use project, The Place at Seven Hills.

The master-planned site includes the upscale Hampton Inn & Suites along with 17,000 square feet of planned retail space, including a free-standing restaurant.

The Place at Seven Hills is at the entrance to the Seven Hills master planned community and adjacent to the St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena Campus. “The southwest corner of St. Rose Parkway and Seven Hills Drive is a major destination in the area, with more than 90,000 cars driving by the area daily,” said Todd Nigro, president of Nigro Development.

The Hampton Inn & Suites, which will be adjacent to the retail outlet, features standard rooms along with suites. Nigro Construction is handling the build-out for the Hampton Inn & Suites as well as the adjacent retail space.

Nigro said the mixed use development will supply much-needed hotel rooms and complementary retail to the growing area, which is also near the Henderson Executive Airport. “We hope The Place at Seven Hills will become a destination and retail hub for people who live around the area,” Nigro said, comparing The Place at Seven Hills to similar mixed-use projects in Southern California and Scottsdale, Arizona.
