Outrigger Hotels & Resorts Chooses SLAP Mail for All 14 Australasian Properties

The Oceania division of Hawaiian-based hotel group, Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, has selected SLAP Mail to implement the campaign aspect of the online marketing efforts for all 14 hotels in Australia and New Zealand. SLAP Mail is a product from SLAP Systems, the leading provider of profit-optimising software to the hotel industry.

SLAP Systems has created a custom-designed tool that automatically extracts each property's guest information and uploads it to a central database in the Outrigger Head Office. “SLAP Mail enables Outrigger to communicate with guests and industry in a consistent and focused manner”, Ms Tzanetopoulos said.

Outrigger is just the latest hotel chain in Australia to install SLAP Systems software in 2005 as SLAP Systems CEO, Soenke Weiss explains. “This year has seen significant growth for us, adding Orient Express Hotels, numerous independent hotels and a selection of Radisson, Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, and Sheraton hotels to our portfolio.
