Never imagining herself as "one of those dog obsessed people,” Kirschenbaum couldn’t resist Chelsea, a neglected Shih Tzu. Armed with a specially rigged doggie cam, Kirschenbaum and Chelsea film the joys and comic adventures of their search for love meeting other New York City pets and their owners. But after they capture the tragic events of 9/11 on camera, they put their personal lives on hold and Chelsea’s true calling is found.
