Victims Of Predatory Mortgage Servicers, Need Stronger/Aggressive New Laws: Congress and U.S. Government Move To Slow, More Should Be Done!
Federal legislators admit that other's have held up badly needed predatory legislation in the Senate. Truth or Foe! Repulicans or Democrats! Who is really the blame?
Baltimore, Maryland (PRWEB) November 20, 2005 -- Innocent victims homes are being foreclosed auctioned for sale and are continually being hurt by aggressive mortgage servicers. Since these entities are not banks or thrifts, they are not formally regulated and allowed to run amuck. Foreclosure fraud is rampant. Attorney's that represent these mortgage servicers are stealing decent, hardworking and innocent peoples homes using the circuit court's to foster their corruption. Currently, the Federal Trade Commission is the overseaer of these mortgage servicer. The FTC takes complaints and stores them in their computer data base for future reference. No action is taken until they decide to do so or they receive what they determine to be the amount of complaints needed for them to get involve.
Litton Loan Servicer, LP is one of the worst predatory mortgage servicers who prey on African Americans, disabled, poor, single women and the elderly. Litton has no conscience and will take your home, not in a New York minute, but a Houston, Texas second! One Litton victim on a "personal lawsuit website" stated to get to Litton, you must pass by President's Bush's old office and Enron offices. Other victims of Litton complain from all across the country from east to west and north to south. However, no government or federal lawmaker intervention has taken place.
One Litton victim homes was broken in and household contents taken under the direction of Litton, trustees and defaulted purchasers. As of date, his family still does not no the whereabouts of his belongings, as well as family memoriballia. However, the court said, the breaking and entering into the home was illegally, but itself took no disciplinary action against Litton or the trustee (lawyers).
