ilFLS.com, the Illinois Foreclosure Listing Service, now provides downloads of the 22,000 properties going to the Cook County Scavenger Tax Sale in December.
"The Scavenger Sale is an incredible investment opportunity," says T.J. McKinney, founder of the ilFLS. "Our goal at ilFLS is to provide information and the resources for investors to profit in all aspects of real estate, and that includes Tax Sales. We are excited to offer a download of all the properties going to the Tax Sale at a fraction of the cost paid at the County Treasurer. Additionally, our subscribers are provided with an FAQ to help educate them on the mechanics of the Tax Sales."
The Scavenger Tax Sale is conducted once every two years and includes all of the properties in Cook County who are two or more years behind on their taxes. The Sale begins on December 28, 2005 and runs all the way through January 17, 2006. It will be held each business day from 8am to 2pm in the Lower Level Auditorium of the Juvenile Justice Center located at 1100 South Hamilton, Chicago, Illinois.
