Serenitybedandbreakfast.com Gets a Makeover Web site now Live with a New Design

Wichita's Serenity Bed & Breakfast Inn gets a Web site makeover and is showcased in national bed and breakfast magazine before it has even been open a full six months.

Wichita, KS (PRWEB) November 21, 2005 -- Serenitybedandbreakfast.com, Wichita’s best resource for business travelers desiring all the luxury of a 4 star hotel yet in a more cozy and inviting atmosphere, has re-launched its Web site with new content, photographs and special lodging packages for 2005.

The updated Web site, located at www.serenitybedandbreakfast.com, includes numerous interior and exterior photos of each room at the B&B emphasizing features the inn has to offer. "We wanted the visitors to be able to see what accommodations are waiting for them as well as use the option to reserve their accommodations right online,” says Web designer and journalist, Amelia Painter.

Painter met innkeeper Ken Elliott while on a Road Trip for the new consumer magazine, Bed & Breakfast America, and was immediately impressed with Wichita’s newest inn. The feeling was mutual because the overnight visit to the inn prompted the re-design of the inn’s Internet presence.

The site offers lodging information, but it also has links to the major tourist attractions in the Wichita area including the Great Plains Nature Center, the Kansas Firefighters Museum, the Warren Theatre and 360Wichita.com where visitors can get a bird’s eye view of downtown.

The Web site not only explains to visitors how guests are pampered and what additional amenities are available at the inn, but it also provides the ability to purchase Gift Certificates for lodging online as well as some of the terrific retail products offered for sale at the inn. One of its best online sellers is the "best of the best" premium coffee. This coffee is usually kept by the plantation owners for their own private consumption, but the innkeeper’s connections allow him to make limited quantities of this the outstanding coffee blend available. The plants are grown high up in the mountains in small groves, shrouded in cloud cover and trees most of the time. They are roasted on high-tech German equipment and then packaged and shipped to innkeeper, Ken Elliott, by an express mailing service.

According to Painter, “Bed and breakfast accommodations give visitors a unique and personalized travel experience with a touch of local flavor.” They have gained so much popularity that a national consumer’s magazine highlighting the best of these unique lodging experiences was launched in September of 2005. The Serenity Bed & Breakfasts Inn will be the only Wichita inn featured in the December, 2005 issue. The magazine will appear on the shelves of more than 12, 000 book stores and news stands on December 20, 2005. You can pick-up your copy at a nearby Barnes & Noble, Borders or Hastings book store or visit the magazines Web site at www.bedandbreakfastamerica.net for subscription information.

Bed and breakfast accommodations give you a unique and personalized travel experience with a touch of local flavor. These small, charming, privately owned bed and breakfast inns are an affordable choice for pleasure or business travel and Wichita the Serenity Bed & Breakfast Inn is one of the city’s finest.
