Maa Telugu Talli, Book#1 is a step-by-step guide to help students learn the great South Indian language Telugu. It includes detailed instructions, pronunciation keys, tracing help, practice pages, and finally simple words based on just the Telugu letters without the complicated or mixed letters.

This book is designed and created keeping in mind Telugu children who are growing up outside of Andhra Pradesh. It introduces children to the pronunciation of Telugu alphabet. Prahlada Chinthalapuri loves teaching children. Even though he is a full time Software Consultant, he teaches children Math and Telugu during weekends and nights. He developed this Telugu Learning book when he noticed that all the existing books in this category are very unfriendly and difficult to beginners. It is more so for children who are not exposed to Telugu language on a daily basis. He gradually developed this book in the course of teaching his own two sons and thought it will be useful for other children also.
