The contest is open to anyone and the guidelines are simple: submit your original, personal essay of 300 words or more on the topic of Bible study and use the words “Bible study” in the title and at least six times in the body of the essay.
Each writer whose essay is displayed on the website receives a $30 unlock credit for purchasing electronic books from Logos Bible Software.
More than 35 essays on Bible study have been posted to date, with topics ranging from the transformative power of Bible study to tips for better study to what excites the individual about delving into the Scriptures. We’ve heard from laypeople, missionaries, pastors, and students…and the essays keep coming in.
