November 23, 2005, Saskatoon, SK (PRWEB) November 24, 2005 -- cfactor announced today its strategic partnership with eHRMS Consulting ("eHRMS") based in Phoenix, Arizona, to implement enhanced self-service functionality for Automatic Data Processing ("ADP") Enterprise HRMS system clients. The partnership combines cfactor workplace automation solutions for employee/manager self-service, process automation, workflow, and reporting with the comprehensive consulting and implementation services of eHRMS.

Troy Wallace, Principal of eHRMS, says "This is such a natural fit for us. cfactor provides a proven employee/manager self-service solution that fills a need we see across the ADP Enterprise client base. This is a great opportunity to leverage our knowledge of implementing and supporting ADP Enterprise systems with cfactor's expertise in employee/manager self-service, process automation and workflow."

The partnership allows both cfactor and eHRMS to concentrate on what they do best to deliver a comprehensive employee/manager self-service solution for ADP Enterprise HRMS clients. eHRMS wanted to provide additional Human Resources functionality to their clients, while maintaining their focus on core services expertise in consulting, support, and implementation. Through a partnership with cfactor, eHRMS now offers a robust employee/manager self-service solution for eHRMS clients by augmenting their ADP Enterprise HRMS systems.

"We are excited about the experience that eHRMS brings to the partnership and are looking forward to working with their clients to address employee/manager self-service needs," says Cary Schuler, CEO of cfactor developer, CTI. "We welcome the opportunity to work with eHRMS, building a business case for their clients - demonstrating the bottom-line results cfactor provides."
