Jordan has added an intranets guru to her coaching panel. Pamela Braue has joined the VAU learning team as expert coach for intranets, with special emphasis on Microsoft’s SharePoint collaboration and communication platform.

In her role as VAU expert coach, Braue will feature a weekly mini-course, “Using SharePoint to Enhance Your Virtual Assistant Practice.” Topics covered will include an overview of the technology, the ways in which it benefits VA practices, and why it is a value-added incentive for VA clients.
