KidLinkz.com: New Site for Kids and Parents

'Link boutique' is a community to build links to everything kids want and parents need.

PRWEB) November 30, 2005 -- Ron Lohse, founder of KidLinkz.com, had been looking for a way to organize the links he used for online shopping. He would save links to web sites that had toys and games that he would watch for price and availability changes. Frequently, when the holidays approached, Ron would exchange e-mails full of frequently used links.

"We were looking for a way to organize and share these links without getting swamped by irrelevant, and often inappropriate links, " say Lohse. "A 'link boutique' seemed the answer; a site that allowed users to look for and add links that fit into a small, specialized category."

KidLinkz.com is an online community that invites users to browse and contribute links to products and other sites that are of interest to kids and parents. Parents can look for gift ideas or parenting resources and leave suggestions for others.

Each item is easy to add and users can include keywords to make finding listings easier. Registered users can also include reviews of items.

Registration and use is always free.

To encourage contributions, KidLinkz.com will give away a free iPod to a randomly selected registered user from among the first 1000 contributions. See KidLinkz.com for details.
