PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (PRWEB) November 29, 2005 -- A local restaurant chain received an unsolicited Web presence when a hungry fan got fed up with searching for their menu online and decided to take matters into his own hands. CRchicks.com, honoring the C.R. Chicks restaurant chain, went online last week. The fan site allows fans to leave comments as well as browse menu items and photos.
"I was at my desk counting down the minutes until lunch. I sat quietly daydreaming about what I was going to eat," explains the fan. "I opened up a Web browser and typed "cr chicks menu" into Google. Nothing. I was heartbroken."
In an exclusive interview with the fan, I learned that the idea of creating a fan site had come to his mind immediately following that original search. However, it ended up taking 548 days to finally bring it to fruition.
Because of the fan, C.R. Chicks restaurants can now be found not only in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Springs, Stuart, Wellington, and West Palm Beach, but also on the World Wide Web at www.CRchicks.com.
