New Products Launched by Easyspace

UK web hosting provider www.easyspace.com has further extended its service improvement efforts by announcing the launch of two new products: Easyspace Blogs and Easyspace Affiliates.

(PRWEB) December 1, 2005 -- UK web hosting provider www.easyspace.com has further extended its service improvement efforts by announcing the launch of two new products: Easyspace Blogs and Easyspace Affiliates. Both products have been developed due to the overwhelming demand from the Easyspace customer base and are hopefully just the first and second of many more new products to be launched in the near future.

The announcement comes on the back of significant changes to the Easyspace service since it was taken over around 18 months ago.

The company has introduced a new telephone support team and increased the number of staff answering support emails and support tickets. FAQ’s on the site have been added and updated and a team hired to keep them relevant and up-to-date. The separate control panel and helpdesk systems have been integrated to make it easier for customers to use, and most technology in place at takeover has been replaced with faster, more reliable and secure equipment.

While continuing to make and improve on these significant changes to its customer service, Easyspace are also working on improving the product range it has on offer. The Blog and Affiliate products are part of this improvement and early signs show that they are being warmly welcomed by customers.

The Affiliate scheme has been developed to allow customers to make money through their own personal and/or business websites, while the blogging service provides users with an easy way to create their own web presence.

Changes to the services and the introduction of two new products have brought an increase in new customers and reduction of customers transferring their services away.

Response times for support tickets have dropped significantly from less than 30% being answered within 12hrs to over 85% being answered in 12hrs – over 50% of which are answered and closed at first call.

The telephone support is now handling over 3500 calls per month and the number of complaints about the Easyspace service have dropped from around 140-150 per month at takeover to around only 20-30 per month now.

The service provision and product offering has improved significantly since takeover, and Easyspace has stated its intentions to continue working on and developing its service.
