(PRWEB) December 1, 2005 -- Fashion will meet fur on December 15th, as WAG Magazine hosts The WAG Fashion Event, the world’s largest dog fashion show. Designers and models (both human and canine) from around the world will gather at the Fat Cat Lounge in Modesto, California to show off the hottest trends for ‘06. A show with something for everyone, this event will be an opportunity to see the newest leaps in dog-wear, or to discover it for the first time.

There will be those who saw the show, and those asking the first group what they missed!
A far cry from the productions coming out of Westminster, the WAG Fashion Event represents a vision of people, dogs, and the statements they’re both looking to make when they hit the street. The show is being thrown to raise money for the Noah’s Wish Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to rescuing animals in disasters. All attendees are invited to the after-party directly following the show, but be warned: There may be puppies on the runway, but this event is strictly 21 and over.

If Modesto, California is a little far to travel for a Thursday night, WAG Magazine has come to the rescue! They will be televising the event live and worldwide on their site for free, starting at 8pm PST. From the comfort of your own home you’ll be able to enjoy the hottest models, the cutest dogs, and a fashion trend that is getting almost as much attention on the red carpet as the celebrities. WAG’s editor-in-chief, Josh Magness, expects nothing short of a spectacle. “On Friday morning, the world will be divided into two kinds of people,” he declares. “There will be those who saw the show, and those asking the first group what they missed!” Visit www.mywag.com and click on the WAG Fashion Event for more details.
