Cognizant is licensing Resume Mirror’s Enterprise Applicant Manager™ (EAM™) and EngeniumHR™ products and will be deploying them as components of their internal resume processing and applicant searching system.
The combination of EAM and EngeniumHR delivers advanced capabilities to optimize the experience of candidates applying to open positions and enables Cognizant’s recruiting staff to quickly and accurately search and match those candidates to their open positions.
EAM provides key functionality to simplify the application process and improve communication with candidates after they have applied. EngeniumHR gives Cognizant recruiters advanced search capabilities and provides sub-second matching and ranking of candidates to open positions. The combined Resume Mirror solution allows for the submission of resumes by any means including email, web or fax, while also addressing key data security and communication issues. The solution streamlines Cognizant’s recruiting process by speeding resume data submissions into their candidate management system, accelerating the searching and matching of candidates to open positions and improving the overall productivity of its recruiting teams.
