Interoperability certified software facilitates implementation and saves costs.

eBusinessReady, an industry-neutral software compliance and interoperability testing program under joint partnership of GS1 US™, formerly the Uniform Code Council, Inc.® (UCC®), and Drummond Group Inc. (DGI), announced today that Systrends USA’s Transaction Transporter (T2) program has been certified as “eBusinessReady”, having successfully passed interoperability testing for AS2 (Applicability Statement 2) specifications. AS2 is a specification standard that enables users to connect, deliver, and reply to data securely and reliably over the Internet.

eBusinessReady is a neutral industry resource assisting companies in product selection and cost savings. The program aims to drive the adoption of open industry standards by working with software vendors, vertical industry groups and the standards community to facilitate software compliance and interoperability. An eBusinessReady certified product enables vertical and horizontal interoperability across the supply chain and distribution channels. Without interoperability, a software solution can strongly inhibit supply chain implementations and add significant costs associated with supporting numerous proprietary solutions and protocols.

“We are pleased to offer our customers a value added product that will ease and enhance implementation efforts across their trading partner community. Transaction Transporter (T2) empowers companies to take advantage of cost-saving efficiencies enabled by supporting industry standards. Our software demonstrates its superiority over the competition and is truly deserving of its trademarked slogan ‘raising transaction management to the next power’” said David Darnell, CEO of Systrends USA.

Transaction Transporter (T2) is a Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction transport and Trading Partner management tool for secure Internet communication. The key beneficial features of the product include:

  • Scalability—Tier 1, small Trading Partners, and beyond.
  • Security—encryption, authentication, and digital signature.
  • Any-to-any transport formats.
  • In-house solution or as a hosted services options available.
  • Interoperability—both horizontal and vertical.
  • Certificate management for clients and Trading Partners.
  • Automated transport scheduling, error notification and research reporting
