Unclaimed Money Donated to Shelters for Christmas

The founder of Cash Unclaimed, a popular unclaimed property website, discovered he is owed unclaimed money and will be donating it to the less fortunate for Christmas.

Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) December 9, 2005 -- Cash Unclaimed founder Bill McIntosh discovered he is owed unclaimed money after a recent search on his newly updated website, money owed to him to the Whittier Women’s and Children’s Crisis Shelter on Dec. 13, 2005, at 11 a.m. at the shelter. All public and media are invited to attend the donation event at 10007 South Cole Road, Whittier, CA 90603. Additional donations can be made at the shelter the day of the event or mailed. Footage from the donation event will be available upon request.

An estimated $25 billion of unclaimed money is sitting unbeknownst to the moneys’ owners, while many Americans could use financial assistance this Christmas. In the spirit of spreading joy and love for the holidays, Cash Unclaimed will be contacting the owners of unclaimed property and asking for a donation of the found money to this women and children’s shelter. The shelter provides a hotline, crisis shelter and protection, meals, clothing and much more to battered women and children.

Cash Unclaimed is also encouraging all companies and Americans to search for their unclaimed property and donate found money to their favorite charity, or to the Whittier Women’s and Children’s Shelter.

The website www.cashunclaimed.com allows people to search by their name for unclaimed property. The database has recently been updated adding $3 billion in missing money owed to millions of people. Finding this money will make a better Christmas for your family or, if you are already blessed this Christmas, can be a much needed donation for a less fortunate family.

Cashunclaimed.com is the largest unclaimed money database, including all state and federal databases. CashUnclaimed.com was founded to assist owners in easily locating and claiming the money owed to them. The site offers more information on unclaimed property and free unclaimed money search at www.cashunclaimed.com.
