Frederick, MD (PRWEB) December 4, 2005
Frederick, MD-based Enforme Interactive announced today that it has received six Davey awards for its work in website design, interactive multimedia design and music composition and production. Created to honor the achievements of small firms worldwide, the Daveys are judged by an international, invitation-only panel of leading professionals from disciplines across the visual arts. The Daveys awarded to Enforme complement other honors received by the company in recent months, including both WEBBY and Telly awards.
“We are thrilled to have received these awards,” said Enforme President, Carrie Delente. “It’s exciting for us not only because they represent an acknowledgement of creative excellence, but the fact that we received them in such diverse areas recognizes the wide range of incredible talent we’ve been able to bring to the Enforme team.” The prizes awarded to Enforme comprise three Gold Daveys, for interactive multimedia, music production and use of music in a television documentary, as well as three Silver Daveys for website design and music composition and production.
“Gold Daveys were given to fewer than 10% of the 2,000 entries received this year,” said Delente. “The judges are looking for distinction in creative work, including fresh ideas and exceptional execution. In our case, the awards were given to us for the New York Academy of Sciences Website, a multi-media patient-education CD, and music composition and production for television, web and CD projects. Even though we’re small, we’ve been able to grow Enforme into a one-stop shop that can create everything from web and CD-based graphic design and audio-visual production to usability design, information architecture and data-driven back offices. The final piece was put into place recently when we opened Blue Noise studios, a complete audio production facility with experienced engineers and music-industry professionals available as needed. We have a terrific creative team in place, and it’s an honor for all of their hard work to be recognized by such a prestigious organization.”
