“Today in Real Estate” a new television program offers expert insight into burgeoning markets.

Following the success of the groundbreaking television show, “Today in Real Estate: A Real Estate Magazine,” covering the South Florida real estate market and shown exclusively on its ABC affiliate, creator and producer Paolo Sadri and Academy Award-nominated producer George Parra today announced plans to bring a special edition of the unique program to Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas edition, a two-part program, provides an hour full of interviews with key real estate professionals offering insight into the Las Vegas market.

“The premiere show was extremely successful in Florida,” said Sadri. “I see a lot of what went on in that market here and think Las Vegas and its residents could greatly benefit from a special edition. It will provide valuable insight into real estate not only in Las Vegas, but nationally.”

The show, taped at both the Beverly Hills Hotel and Wynn Las Vegas during the International Real Estate Expos taking place in each area respectively, is hosted by reality television star and real estate professional, Katrina Campins, known for her 11-week run on the first season of “The Apprentice.” Campins hosts the weekly South Florida version and is the chief executive officer of The Campins Company, a high-end real estate business.

The special features interviews with well-known real estate guru Richard Lee and a special appearance from Kendra Todd, winner of the third season of “The Apprentice.” Other guests on the program include representatives from large Las Vegas developments Boca Raton, Sky and Allure.

“Viewers will hear from the biggest names from the real estate industry,” Sadri said. “They will learn about current and future projects in Vegas and predictions for the future of the market. It will also offer exclusive insight into the market people won’t find anywhere else, regardless of whether people are in the market to buy, invest or are just interested in learning about what makes the business tick and grow so rapidly.”

Currently, Sadri, also the creator of the International Real Estate Expo, a successful consumer residential real estate show held in key luxury markets in the U.S. and internationally, is in negotiation with the local networks to air the program.

“With an unprecedented boom in the real estate industry, there has been a tremendous demand for a program dedicated to the real estate industry,” said Sadri. “I am excited to premiere ‘Today in Real Estate’ in Las Vegas.”

Sadri created the International Real Estate Expo in Miami in 2002 and has experienced increasing popularity since its inception. He brought the first edition of the expo to Las Vegas Nov. 19 and 20 at Wynn Las Vegas. The expo serves as a unique and effective marketing forum for exhibitors in all facets of the real estate industry to showcase properties and introduce services to targeted and qualified residential real estate buyers and investors.
