HRToolbox, Inc. is excited to announce its new On-Demand Education service. This new offering for HRToolbox clients is one of the first steps towards creating a complete solution to the many challenges of managing a global workforce - leveraging services, expertise, and technology. HRToolbox, Inc. announces a new service to help clients that face the key challenge of educating new resources dedicated to managing their global employee population or providing existing resources with additional education. Historically, HRToolbox has provided telephone and web-based education services for clients as required.

In addition to taking advantage of these highly-rated telephone and web-based education services, clients now have the opportunity to access on-demand education sessions. These on-demand education sessions are available for viewing online at any time and are provided to clients at no additional charge.

The new on-demand education sessions will reduce the amount of time it takes for administrators to learn HRToolbox features by allowing them to work at their own pace without scheduling HRToolbox resources, reduce complexity by allowing administrators to learn about specific areas of HRToolbox as they can be utilized, and also decrease education costs. This new offering also increases the availability of education services, the level of HRToolbox expertise at client companies, and the number of tools clients are able to utilize by developing a better understanding of how those tools can help global HR professionals perform their roles. Overall, HRToolbox educational content will improve by providing a clear, consistent message to all participants.

Each on-demand education session will consist of a short demonstration followed by an interactive simulation that provides the participant with an opportunity to practice the concepts presented in the demonstration.
