Following a successful year in 2005, The Smart Circle™, the dominant force in referral marketing worldwide, has renamed Vollmer Public Relations as its agency of record for 2006. Over the past year, Vollmer has been responsible for leading The Smart Circle’s rebranding efforts, from name generation, research and selection to the development of internal communications.
