BACK Talk Systems, Inc, a Golden-based educational and professional materials and services organization that serves the worldwide chiropractic community, has signed a partnership agreement with ACOM EMR the health care division of ACOM Solutions, Inc., to market the practice-enhancing RAPID EMR clinical documentation and reporting solution to its 40,000-doctor customer base, it was announced today by ACOM Vice President Gregory T. Church and BACK Talk Systems President Dr. Rob Jackson, D.C.

According to Dr. Jackson, who also owns a Denver multi-doctor practice where RAPID EMR has been implemented, BACK Talk Systems http://www.backtalksystems.com will promote RAPID EMR in its quarterly catalog and other mailings, through promotional materials accompanying product fulfillments and at independent and joint presentations and professional events. The two companies are also exploring other ways in which they can collaborate to advance the state of chiropractic office technology.

“Chiropractors must leverage technology in their practices because costs are on the rise, regulators and third party payers are becoming more demanding in their reporting requirements, and chiropractic professionalism continues to be under attack,” Dr. Jackson said. “Our doctors had been seeking a way to move our practice from the traditional paper processes to electronic, paper-free documentation and reporting when we encountered the RAPID EMR solution at the recent Masters Circle event. It also features a Patient Self-Check-in module that eliminates pre-visit file preparation and update, and it provides an array of outcomes assessment reports that enable the doctor and patient to gauge progress over time. The software can also be installed on desktop and laptop machines.
