Joseph R. Dunn Joins Klinedinst San Diego
Klinedinst PC, a California law firm headquartered in San Diego, has added Joseph R. Dunn to its growing roster of attorneys. Dunn, who graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law, clerked at the firm back in 2004. While in law school, Joseph’s work with Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse exposed him to capital defense work in both federal and state trial courts. At Klinedinst, Dunn will focus on corporate defense and business litigation, including professional liability defense cases.
SAN DIEGO, CA (PRWEB) December 8, 2005 -- With his formal swearing in to the State Bar of California, Klinedinst PC is extremely pleased to welcome Joseph R. Dunn as the newest associate in the firm’s San Diego office.
Mr. Dunn is no stranger to the law firm, having originally worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Klinedinst in 2004. After his clerkship was complete, Dunn returned to finish his third year of law school at Washington and Lee University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2005.
In the second and third year of law school, Joseph was a member of the Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse, working to defend capital defendants. One of only eight students picked each year, Joseph’s work with VCCC exposed him to capital defense work in both federal and state trial courts. Mr. Dunn was invited to travel as a member of the school’s mock trial national competition team during both of his final two years. He was awarded the honor of “Best Advocate” after winning the school’s Mock Trial competition.

An author whose article was published in Capital Defense Journal, Joseph received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor in Science in Finance, from California State University, Chico in 2002. He graduated magna cum laude and with honors in the major. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Joseph also worked as an engineer for a major telecommunications company.
