Entrepreneurs ready to form their own business in 2006 will find everything they need at What they won’t find at the web site is ‘Business Filings Incorporated,’ the company’s former brand identity.

“Customers prefer the shorter name of BizFilings with most of our web traffic entering through compared to,” said Mark Schiff, general manager of BizFilings. “We hope to eliminate any confusion that exists now by using only BizFilings for all communications.”

Marketing Director Troy Janisch said updating the brand is a natural event for the company, which hasn’t updated its identity significantly since it became the first internet-based provider of incorporation-related services. “Our new identity does a much better job of communicating the company’s commitment to filing business-related forms faster and with fewer errors than anyone else in the industry,” said Janisch.

Along with streamlining their name, BizFilings continues to streamline the startup process for business owners with plans to unveil new products and services in the near future.

“Today’s business owners are time-pressed and BizFilings understands that having been founded by two entrepreneurs,” Janisch said. “The new products and services we are unveiling in early 2006 help entrepreneurs succeed in new ventures. They make the process of starting a business easier so that business owners can focus on the core issues of running their business.”

BizFilings current technological offerings includes BizComply, a web-based tool that outlines critical events and notifies business owners before these events need to happen. It provides access to important forms and houses a company's important information in one convenient location. Owners of multiple businesses can keep track of each business through a single account. And, if a business is qualified in multiple states, BizComply helps manage the compliance requirements for each of those states.
