The diverse line up of the city’s funniest Show Comedians is produced by Arthur S. Jones, (Executive Producer/ Power House Entertainment). “I wanted to create a unique and exciting show that would entertain a multi-cultural audience,” says Jones.
Producer Ray Dejon of Dejon Entertainment is on board to work with the diverse line up of New York based comedians that LNY features. “This is an economic development initiative that gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to broadcast their product or service to 9 million households throughout the tri state area,” said Dejon. The show will allow business owners the chance to advertise on television at reasonable rates. WNYC-TV gave Power House Entertainment the green light for production. The cost effective rates offered to advertisers coupled with the rich talent pool New York City offers in the comedy entertainment sector will likely attract start-ups, small business, and national retailers alike.
LNY producers will create the first show tonight: Thursday, December 8th at the National Black Theatre . There are two tapings, 7:00pm & 9:30pm, and the public is invited to come and be a-part of the television audience. Tickets are $5.00 for an evening of comedy.
Reaching an estimated 9 million viewers every Thursday at 11:00pm est. (airing: February 2nd at 11pm est. on WNYC-TV Channel), LNY promises an attractive audience to: local, regional, and national advertisers looking to reach a strong retail demographic.
