The Controversial New Strength & Conditioning Video for Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts Snatched from Private Library of The God of Wrestling

Venice, CA (PRWEB) December 13, 2005

Wrestlers (competitive ones, not performers) are notorious for being phenomenally fit and Karl Gotch is notorious for having one of the most rigorous and ingenious conditioning workouts you will ever dare to try. Thankfully Karl captured a few of his ideas for posterity on home video.

As Karl says, "Wrestling is a workman’s sport, you need no expensive equipment and can practice it anywhere". Well the same goes for Karl's "Conditioning for Combat Sports".

All you need is few minutes, the desire to excel, and the knowledge Karl wants to share with you! At 81 years of age, Karl is still full of life and loves to work out! A stellar testament to the beauty of these ideas.

Can you climb a rope? Can you climb a rope UPSIDE down?!? "Conditioning For Combat Sports, Volume 1" will shock and inspire you (Karl has that effect on people).

Now, don't be fooled, certain fitness "gurus" have made a fortune ripping off Karl's workouts but as we all know, the truth eventually surfaces...

Now, expanding upon the massively influential original "Conditioning for Combat Sports" that launched the current bodyweight exercise (BWE) craze, Scientific Wrestling is proud to present Karl Gotch's Conditioning for Combat Sports, Volume 2!

Go behind the scenes as Karl runs the legends of a new generation through one of his famously tough workouts. Mixed Martial Arts founding fathers Minoru Suzuki, Masakatsu Funaki, Yusuke Fuke, and Yukari Osawa all take turns wielding Karl's Indian Clubs and Mace (after he demonstrates how it should be done), then you can see them sophisticating the exercises seen on the original "Conditioning for Combat Sports" DVD.

More amazing and never-before-seen ideas to add to your fitness regimen from the man that nearly single-handedly preserved legitimate Catch-As-Catch-Can grappling techniques from the days of Billy Riley and Pops Charnock for today's generation of champion submission grapplers and Mixed Martial Artists.

About Karl Gotch:

After winning 14-time national championships in his native Belgium (seven titles in both freestyle and Greco-Roman) and competing in the 1948 Olympics he went to train in hook wrestling (Western-style submission grappling) at the famous "Snake Pit" at Billy Riley's gym in Wigan, England.

Karl also popularized the phrase "Conditioning is the greatest hold". He trained Mixed Martial Arts and pro-wrestling legends Ken Shamrock, Minoru Suzuki, Masakatsu Funaki, Tatsumi Fujinami, Osamu Kido, and Yoshiaki Fujiwara and countless others. Scientific Wrestling is truly humbled and blessed to exclusively represent "The God of Wrestling".
