The promo is valid Jan. 15, 2006 through April 30, 2006, and is open to guest who are members of United Mileage Plus, Northwest WorldPerks, Delta SkyMiles and American AAdvantage. Frequent flyer program members must provide their membership number at check-in to receive the miles.
