Todd Anderson Named Senior Investment Manager by The Hampshire Companies

The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1 billion, today announced the appointment of Todd Anderson as Senior Investment Manager for the firm’s Hampshire Partners Fund VI.

Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) December 16, 2005 -- The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1 billion, today announced the appointment of Todd Anderson as Senior Investment Manager for the firm’s Hampshire Partners Fund VI, an institutional real estate discretionary investment fund with equity assets in excess of $600 million.

In his capacity as Fund’s VI’s Senior Investment Manager, Anderson will provide oversight of the valuation and growth of Fund VI’s assets, including the supervision of the funds’ valuation and methodology and tracking of the funds’ key performance indicators.

Throughout his 15-year career, Anderson has held a variety of high-profile positions in asset management in the Los Angeles area. Prior to joining Hampshire, Anderson held the position of Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis Investors where he was responsible for operations for Strategic Partners investments in the East, Southeast and Southern regions of the United States. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Anderson was an Asset Manager at Equity Office Properties Trust where he was responsible for over 2.3 million square feet of institutional real estate in downtown Los Angeles. Anderson also held previous positions at Orix Real Estate Equities, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, and Public Storage/Commercial Properties Group.
