OnX Enterprise Solutions Announces Changes to Board of Directors

OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc. (TSX:ON),“OnX”, a leading provider of IT services and mid-market outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of, Mr. Henry Eaton and Mr. Kamil Khan, to its Board of Directors.

(PRWEB) December 18, 2005 -- Eaton and Mr. Kamil Khan, to its Board of Directors. Mr. George Cope, a long time Board member, has decided to resign from the OnX Board in view of the new responsibilities he will be assuming as President and COO of Bell Canada.

Since 2001, Mr. Eaton has been a partner with NPV Associates, a venture capital consulting company. Prior to joining NPV, Mr. Eaton served in senior executive positions with both CTV Inc. and Baton Broadcasting Incorporated.

Mr. Khan is currently Chairman and Chief Corporate Development Officer of Softroute Corporation, a VoIP service provider. Prior to 1997 and for a period of thirty-years, Mr. Khan served in various senior capacities at Bell companies including four years as Vice-President and CIO of Bell Canada, President and CEO of Bell Sygma Inc., and Chairman of Bell Sygma Systems Management and Bell Sygma Telecom Solutions. Mr. Khan also has extensive Board experience in the IT sector.
