Kriya Management Group Acquires Comfort Suites Las Colinas Center
Kriya Management Group added a core property to their portfolio and expanded their relationship with Choice Hotels International. This is their third acquistion of 2005 and second in the City of Irving.
Irving, TX (PRWEB) December 19, 2005 -- Kriya completed the acquistion of Comfort Suites Las Colinas Center. This is the fourth Choice Hotels International property in Kriya's portfolio. This is also the third project for Kriya in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The Las Colinas market is a highly competitive market and also the home to many businesses and office buildings. The company believes they will be able to increase their average daily rate and market penetration immediately through renovations, increased sales and marketing, and experienced management that is familiar with the Las Colinas/Irving market. Kriya Executives have expressed their excitement for the new property and have identified it as one of their core properties.
The Comfort Suites is an all-suite 54-room interior corridor property. The hotel also has meeting space, a fitness room, and several floorplans. Extensive hotel renovations and upgrades are planned over the next 12 months.
