Alameda, CA (PRWEB) December 18, 2005
WSI Internet Consulting will use its video email product to help military families who are separated by their service mission to keep in touch with each other over the holiday season. Video email is just like regular email except that it contains a video message as well as a text message. This means families can actually speak to their loved ones and those away during the holiday season can actually see and hear from family and friends.
WSI will use video email to help families connect with each other. Free filming of a video message is available this Sunday, December 18, 2006 from 1 PM to 5PM. The location for filming is Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1910 Santa Clara Ave, Alameda, CA 94501.
Many businesses such as real estate agents and car dealers use this technology to send a visual message to potential customers. Lynne Ashcraft of WSI says that “One great thing about video email is that the recipient can save the email and watch it over again when they are off duty and can access their regular email account. That allows the recipient to enjoy the message more that once.”
WSI has been working with the Navy League to reach out to families who have members away serving their county. The local Red Cross is also trying to reach families who may have been displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
