Westlake Village, CA (PRWEB) December 21, 2005 -- Steven Muchnij, president of 11H, a Westlake Village special events and employee incentive company, will be the MC for the Official Tournament of Roses President’s National Championship Gala. The event will take place on January 3 on the eve of the national championship game between the University of Southern California and Texas in the Rose Bowl.
"My job is to make sure all 1,700 people who attend the gala have a fantastic time," says Muchnij. Muchnij will be the ringmaster to an assortment of entertainment including Rio-style carnival dancers, swing dancers, jitterbug and swing dance contests and a moving circular stage where bands and singers perform. Different themed areas of the party include replicas of the Chinese Theater, Hollywood Wax Museum and Sunset Boulevard. The entire event is being organized by the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, a private, nonprofit organization and affiliate of the Los Angeles Convention & Visitors Bureau. The party takes place at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood.
Muchnij has MC'd events including private business events, pre-Emmy parties with as many as 2,000 guests and events for the 2002 Tournament of the Roses and the City of Glendale.
Muchnij's company uses many of the elements of special event hosting in its performance improvement and employee recognition programs for businesses. "Our creative techniques inspire and motivate employees to accomplish great things, whether it's increasing sales, improving productivity or boosting company loyalty," says Muchnij.
"Most company-sponsored events require extra creativity so guests or employees willingly come out of their shells," says Muchnij. "The number one comment I receive after the events that I MC or create is that the evening was definitely not the same old song and dance. I thoroughly enjoy seeing others having fun and benefiting from the experience. I have a feeling most attending the Tournament of Roses President’s National Championship Gala will already be in the mood to have a great time. It should be a memorable time for everyone."
