OnlineBenefits Introduces Electronic Newsletter to its Client Community Portal

New Tool Enables Benefits Brokers to Maintain Top-of-Mind Awareness with Clients.

Uniondale, NY (PRWEB) December 21, 2005 -- John Gedney, president of OnlineBenefits, Inc., today announced the addition of an electronically-delivered monthly newsletter to its popular Client Community portal. Employee benefit brokers can now automatically send their clients an agency-branded, content-rich newsletter to communicate timely benefits information and promote broker services. OnlineBenefits is a leading provider of market-proven, Web-based HR solutions that improve benefits delivery.

Client Community is a portal dedicated exclusively for brokers to interact with their clients and prospects. Now it will automatically publish its newsletter on the first business day of each month and will feature content from the Client Community portal. Such pre-loaded content includes wellness education, summaries of benefits laws, recent headlines from a leading publisher of employee benefits news, and more. Additionally, brokers may incorporate their own articles using a simple online publishing tool. The newsletter is free to Client Community subscribers and requires virtually no effort from brokers to generate and deliver.

In addition, the Client Community newsletter:
> is automatically branded to match the broker’s portal
> is personalized for each individual recipient, and
> allows the broker to tailor content each month.

“The newsletter provides a number of valuable benefits to brokers using our Client Community portal,” said Gedney. “First, it virtually guarantees client awareness of the broker at least once a month, even during slow times. Second, it reinforces the value of what the broker offers through the Client Community portal and will drive traffic there. Third, it contains items personalized to each client to emphasize the individualized services provided by their firm. With very minimal effort for brokers, they now have an instant way to provide clients with timely, relevant content,” Gedney concluded.

The inaugural issue will be released on January 3, 2006.
