Tax Considerations for Small Business Owners: Organizing and Cutting Through Financial Red Tape

January teleseminar hosted by www.RemoteProfessionals.com is designed to make tax season and financial planning for the New Year easier for small business owners. Professional bookkeeper offers tips, discusses recent changes and answers questions for smaller business operations.

Jupiter, FL (PRWEB) December 22, 2005 -- One of the most difficult aspects of running a small business is often managing the books. The financial and tax implications of the entrepreneurial and small business endeavors can be overwhelming. On January 19, 2005, a 15-year veteran bookkeeper will offer tips to help make preparations for April 15, and the rest of 2006, a little easier for small business owners.

Kimberley Thomas-Catanzaro, owner of an outsourcing business specializing in bookkeeping services for small businesses (www.on-linesecretary.com), will lead a teleconference designed especially for entrepreneurs and small business owners. "I want," said Thomas-Catanzaro, "to help attendees make decisions to help make filing this year's taxes easier, while planning and preparing now to take full advantage of opportunities made available in the upcoming year for small businesses." Thomas-Catanzaro will be the guest presenter for the teleconference, sponsored by www.RemoteProfessionals.com, and scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to 1:55 p.m. EST on January 19, 2006.

The teleseminar will include tax changes for the New Year with special emphasis on those changes that will most dramatically impact small businesses. There will be a discussion and a Q&A session on those changes and the current tax issues that are most beneficial to small business owners and their companies. "I love the financial end of business," said Thomas-Catanzaro, "but I know many proprietors and small business owners dread tax time. I'm not an accountant or a CPA, but I do know how to make life less stressful for small business owners by helping these individuals to organize their records, make the right decisions for their particular situation and make plans now that will make finances less 'taxing' throughout the year."

"We are pleased to have a presenter with Kimberley's expertise and experience on the teleconference schedule to help our members and other small business owners to prepare their businesses for improved financial success with less paperwork and related stress," said RemoteProfessionals.com partner, Jodi Diehl.

Thomas-Catanzaro is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, currently serves as Treasurer for an international trade organization for virtual assistants, is a bookkeeping specialist, an outsourcing provider and a member of RemoteProfessionals.com.

www.RemoteProfessionals.com is a membership group of entrepreneurs with a track record of specialized skills, defined service niches, who are full-time career outsourcing professionals serving clients and industries across the globe.

The seminar is offered free of charge to RemoteProfessional.com members and is open to the general public, space permitting, for a nominal fee. For more information on the teleseminar or to reserve a spot for January 19th, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. EST, visit www.RemoteProfessionals.com or call 888-890-8226.
