As a CPEPP partner, Rockwell Automation has set a goal of expending a minimum of 5% of its outside counsel budget with certified minority and women-owned law firms such as NAMWOLF member firms. NAMWOLF strives to recruit and admit only those minority and women-owned law firms that have a track record of representing major corporations and public entities.

“Rockwell Automation is proud to make this commitment. We believe that having a diverse supplier base, especially the lawyers who represent our company, is a critical success factor in today’s economy,” stated Douglas Hagerman, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Rockwell Automation. “We actively seek relationships with minority and women lawyers and their law firms.”

“NAMWOLF is looking forward to building a mutually beneficial relationship with Rockwell Automation” said Yolanda Coly, Associate Director of NAMWOLF. “It is both encouraging and inspiring to see Rockwell Automation expand their diversity initiatives to include professional service providers.
