By consolidating the two offices into a newer and larger office, Podiatry Affiliates’ patients will have greater access to all four doctors in the practice.

About the Doctors at Podiatry Affiliates, PC
Dr. Jeffrey M. Carrel currently serves as Chief of Podiatric Surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital. He holds the faculty rank of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Carrel has recently been appointed to the Medical Clinic Advisory Board of the American Running and Fitness Association. He is also currently active in the local chapter of The American Diabetes Association and served as Council President for 2003-2004.
Dr. David M. Davidson is a member of the staff of the Sports Medicine Institute at the State University of New York at Buffalo and currently serves as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He presently serves as Chief of the Podiatry Section of the Department of Orthopedics at the Kaleida Health System.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Davidson served as President of Temple Beth Zion and also President of The North East Lakes Council of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, the arm of the Reform Movement.
Dr. Kenneth T. Goldstein is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. He currently holds a faculty appointment as Clinical Instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Goldstein was the first Chief of Podiatric Surgery at The Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. He has served on the Education Committee of the American Cancer Society, Erie County Unit. He has presented scientific papers nationally and locally and is a contributing author to various podiatric publications.
Dr. David Perelstein is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is on active staff in the Department of Orthopedics Podiatric Section of the Kaleida Health System, operating principally at Buffalo General Hospital and the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Western New York. He is on the active podiatric surgical staff at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center as well as St. Joseph Intercommunity Hospital. He currently serves as podiatric consultant to The Weinberg-Menorah Campus and The Schofield Residence.
