Tim Fletcher, General Manager of 115 Midtowne, has announced that Skip Roach has joined the restaurant as Service Manager.

Roach worked for the T.C. Jordan Professional Golf Tour as the Director of Operations in the Triangle area, opened Margaux’s and Bacchus Wine Company, managed Portobello Restaurant and served as the Wine Buyer for Fowler’s Gourmet Grocery.
