Used by major auto makers worldwide including GM, BMW, and Ferrari for priming and applying top coat, these systems have been proven to achieve substantial powder savings while increasing coating quality.

Ramstech DDF Powder Delivery Systems require only one-third the compressed air volume of conventional guns and reportedly require 20% less powder than conventional spray delivery systems. According to Michael Chapman, president, “The powder actually picks up more electrical charge because it flows slower through the gun and creates a ‘soft spray’ that provides better transfer efficiency to the part for a superior finish and less waste.”
