And One Gift for Yourself...

A life coach, who isn't even Christian, is on a mission to put the sacred back in Christmas. She claims to have discovered one very simple way that everyone can do that, and says it's the perfect year-round gift for everyone, including oneself.

Woodbury, CT (PRWEB) December 25, 2005 -- Ellen Kratka is a woman - a life coach to be more precise - on a mission. "Although Christmas and the coming of the New Year are supposed to be a time of focus on the sacred and essential in life, the bad feelings nowadays seem to be winning out over the good," she remarked recently. "Everyone talks about holiday stress and depression, not to mention commercialization, but how many people are actually doing anything about it?"

What Ms. Kratka (who isn't even Christian) has done to increase Christmas spirit is to write an ebook about self-love that she calls The Bliss Process. Although many feel that self-love and altruism are contradictory, she disagrees. She believes that her book teaches a simple way to meet the many unfulfilled needs we all have at this time, which allows us to become more loving, and serves as "the perfect year-round gift" we can give ourselves and all our loved ones.

In the book Ms. Kratka professes to have discovered the “key to everything”. By "everything" she’s referring to our striving for happiness and inner peace as well as prosperity, good health, loving relationships, and success and satisfaction in our work, in an age when all of those seem to be harder and harder to come by. The "key" it turns out, is to love and appreciate all aspects of ourselves including the feelings we often wish would disappear.

Although some may dismiss such claims as hyperbole, while others consider unconditional love an ideal never to be reached, Ms. Kratka has been busy emailing The Bliss Process to dozens of people drawn by the promises she makes about its results.
And the testimonials coming in from satisfied buyers have been impressive.

One woman, after using the process for one day, wrote in to say, “I feel calm and centered and clear - and just wonderful.” Another commented, “After just one session of The Bliss Process, I have been filled with several breakthrough income- generating ideas on how to integrate all my talents, services and products into my business. Also, I was in a grocery store; a man walked up to me and said, ‘ You, are a very beautiful woman!’ I feel blessed.”

Ms. Kratka guarantees results or your money back, which she hopes will put a lot of skeptical minds at ease. She also offers a more elegant, hard-copy version of the book for those who prefer that form or would like to have it mailed as the gift to someone else.

She’s keeping a file of testimonials and requests that all customers stay in touch and let her know about their experience. Ms. Kratka hopes this might even turn into a Bliss Movement, and who wouldn’t want that?
