Clarksville TN, NAACP Calls for Immediate Press Conference Concerning Possible Violation of Alleged Shooting Suspects Civil Rights
Family alleges Violation of his Miranda Rights, Inaccurate reporting of information to the media, Violation of Due Process, Improper Interrogation Methods, Intimidation and Non-Compliance with the Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964.
(PRWEB) December 28, 2005 -- The Clarksville NAACP will hold a press conference on Wednesday December 28, 2005 starting at 1:00 p.m. at the home of Donald & Freda O’Neal 1867 Needmore road, Clarksville TN.
The O’Neal’s are concerned about several irregularities that have surfaced concerning their son Donald O’Neal Jr. who is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail on an alleged First Degree Murder Charge after a shooting death this past Friday.
Some of the allegations listed on the complaint application submitted to the Clarksville NAACP on behalf of Donald O’Neal Jr. and the O’Neal family are as follows:
Violation of his Miranda Rights, Inaccurate reporting of information to the media, Violation of Due Process, Improper Interrogation Methods, Intimidation and Non-Compliance with the Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The Clarksville NAACP, under the leadership of Jimmie M. Garland Sr. and it’s membership are very concerned anytime a complaint of discrimination arises and will do it’s very best to make sure that each and every citizen of Clarksville-Montgomery County Civil Rights are not violated, regardless of race, creed or Color.
