Billiard Retailer in Dallas Entering the Wholesale Distribution Business with Nationwide Launch of Own Unique Brand
Large billiard retailer in Dallas suburb conducting a Going Out of Business Sale on it’s entire $1.5 Million Dollar inventory and going into the wholesale distribution of unique brand, McClure Tables.
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) December 29, 2005 -- Starting out in the service end of the billiard industry more than 25 years ago, Game Room Designs owner Todd McClure went into the retail end of the business starting with one retail store, then expanding to two; one in Austin and the larger of the two in Dallas. Now McClure is planning to enter the latest stage of his career in billiards service and supply by closing the last remaining retail location in Dallas and go into the wholesale distribution end of the business to promote his own unique brand known as “McClure Tables” (www.McClureTables.com) on a national level.
“We’ve carried top name brands for almost 25 years,” said McClure, “and then we realized that we did not have any features or benefits that gave the retail dealer any advantage or reason for the consumer to choose one brand over the next, so we started the research and development stage and designed our own line of products, set up a dealer network, and opted to get out of the retail end of this business and go nationwide with our own line”.
The moment they close their doors in Dallas at the final retail location sometime around the end of January it’s going to be full steam ahead for promoting the McClure line of tables on a national and international level, according to McClure. “We’ve got a lot of great ideas for promotion of our new line and creating a dealer network including trade shows and Internet marketing”, he continued, “but our focus right now is on finishing up our Going Out of Business Sale in Dallas”.
