ONeil Bell is the #1 International Boxing Federation contender. The rematch, which is on the undercard of the Cory Spinks vs. Zab Judah fight, will be broadcast by Pay-Per-View Showtime.
Bell (23-1-1 with 22 knockouts), who defeated Davis in March 2003 with a TKO11 victory, accommodated Davis request for a rematch and looks forward to the outcome of their upcoming reunion in the ring.
