"We feature more of the fun and cool stuff that you cant find at Toys'R'Us or Wal-Mart," says Dave Luebke, site founder and owner. "Were trying to break the kids away from the computer monitor and remind parents of toys they enjoyed as kids. There really is something here for everyone, from baby to adult."
By launching the site, Sillyasstoys.com brings the same quality shopping experience to the web that currently exists in its sister store, Dave's Comics. Each toy on the Sillyasstoys.com site is extensively play tested through demonstrations in the store and customer feedback is used to ensure maximum fun.
We launched the site right before the Christmas season to take advantage of the number of parents shopping online for gifts for their children,” says Luebke. The Christmas seasons hottest sellers were Giant Microbes, Airzooka (popular as an interactive family toy), and the Bender Family (a great gift for coworkers).
