Desperate Housewives Stars Join Latest Beauty Craze Not the Only Ones Reportedly Using Hyaluronic Acid

Desperate Housewives stars Teri Hatcher and Nicolette Sheridan among the new fans of Hyaluronic acid boosting beauty products. Celebrities also favor Hyaluronic acid facial injections and non-invasive Hyaluronic acid beauty treatments.

Mt. Kisco, NY (PRWEB) February 11, 2005 -- According to E-Hyaluronicacid.com, there is a new beauty craze sweeping the celebrity ranks. Move over collagen and Botox because Hyaluronic acid based and Hyaluronic acid boosting products are the newest celebrity anti-aging secret. Among the reported fans of Hyaluronic acid boosting beauty products are two of the Desperate Housewives themselves, Teri Hatcher and Nicolette Sheridan.

One of the Hyaluronic acid beauty products favored most by celebrities is City Lips by City Cosmetics, a product that stimulates lips to produce their own collagen and Hyaluronic acid. According to Karen Rauen, Good Housekeeping Institutes chemistry director, The City Lips lip plumper, we found, plumps people's lips an average of three millimeters."

Both Teri Hatcher and Nicolette Sheridan were among the celebrities who visited the City Lips tent before the Golden Globes. Teri Hatcher loves the City Lips product so much that she even had City Cosmetics put together a custom anti-aging gift bag for guests of her 40th birthday party in December.

Celebrities have also discovered the recently FDA approved Hyaluronic facial injections. Charlie Sheen, Tommy Lee Jones and Oprah Winfrey have all chosen Restylane, a Hyaluronic acid wrinkle-filler that works to lift the lip, wrinkle or fold and create volume. Hyaluronic acid injections do not relax muscles but instead fill in" areas most affected by wrinkles and fine lines.

There are other new Hyaluronic acid based products and Hyaluronic acid boosting lip plumpers" on the cosmetic market including LuckyLips which claims to increase Hyaluronic acid levels by 148% just 48 hours after use. Other celeb Hyaluronic acid beauty favorites include Hydrating Gel Cream from Prada Beauty, a lightweight, sheer cream featuring Hyaluronic acid and Rest-A-Line Face Treatment by Joey New York, an anti-aging cream rich with Hyaluronic acid which helps the skin hold 1000 times its weight in water, causing a natural plumping effect. All in all, between facial injections and non-evasive beauty treatments, you dont have to be Desperate for younger looking skin anymore.
