Building Snake and Other Reptile Cages Just Got Easier

This newly released book, "How to Build Reptile Enclosures" is designed for reptile owners and keepers interested in building their own cages. Step-by-step instructions illustrate how to create a great environment and save money.

(PRWEB) February 11, 2005 -- http://www.Reptile-Cage-Plans.com recently announced the release of "How to Build Reptile Cages", a book for snake and other reptile owners to build their own enclosures.

The book is designed to cater for snake and reptile owners wanting to build their own cages. It will benefit owners of snakes and other reptiles such as bearded dragons, skinks and most lizards (not monitors, turtles or crocodilians).

Details include how to build a cage in ten easy steps anyone can master. Information is provided on topics such as materials, cage ventilation, heating, lighting and ideal cage size.

There is also a section on cage designs and building cages for terrestrial and arboreal species.

My clients have access to "Snake Keeping - Proven Techniques Everyone Can Use" by Barry Nielsen, a herpetologist of over 20 years experience, as well as reptile care sheets, FAQ sheets going back over 5 years and detailed notes on making heat mats.

Mark Chapple, owner of the business explains "While there was a lot of information on cage making, it did show you exactly how to build cages in simple steps or provide detailed drawings and pictures. We think we have addressed that need."

Mark has kept reptiles for many years and currently has two children's pythons (Antaresia childreni), Mitch and Chloe, blotched blue-tongued skinks (Tiliqua nigrolutea), Apricot and Banana, and an Eastern Snake necked tortoise (Chelodina longicollis) called Shelley.

http://www.Reptile-Cage-Plans.com was recently founded in 2004. The company has just added iguana cages add to its product range, catering for snake and reptile owners.

"How to Build Reptile Enclosures" is available from http://www.reptile-cage-plans.com. "How to build an Iguana Cage", which also suit chameleons, is available from http://www.iguana.reptile-cage-plans.com.
