"The Classic Pocket Hugg-A-Planet, Earth will make an rewarding addition to The MusiCares tribute dinner and concert to honor Grammy-nominated composer and pop legend Brian Wilson. "We are please to be in Celebrity Gift Bags and we are honored to be a part of such an exciting event," said President Robert Forenza.

The MusiCares tribute dinner is one of the most prestigious events held during Grammy Week, a celebration that culminates with the 47th Annual Grammy Awards on "Grammy Sunday," Feb. 13, 2005.

This all came about through Hugg-A-Planet’s involvement with environmental organizations working to save our planet. Hugg-A-Planet wanted to take this opportunity to ask a few recording artists if they would be interested in being of part of The International Decade for Action, "Water for Life" 2005 – 2015. "The world needs to take better care of its’ water and through the influence of music we can make this a global priority. With water there is life, without water we are nothing," says Mr. Forenza.

There are many issues facing us in life on this planet. Pop culture has influence over society that can help to inform, reflect, and educate through music. The International Decade for Action, "Water for Life" 2005 – 2015, is the most important issue facing us all. There are connections between water and music says Forenza. Recent research by Dr. Masuru Emato show that water structure is affected by music, by thoughts and by words. This fascinating research we are only starting to understand. There are messages from water that music can have a positive effect on. This groundbreaking work of a pioneer Japanese researcher whose astonishing discovery about water, documented photographically, changed most of what we didn't know and led to a new consciousness of Earth's most precious resource. Hugging our planet has power too. This simple gesture of a loving hug on the earth imprints a positive message felt within and can help promote peace, and environmental goodwill to young and old alike.
