US-Chile Free Trade Agreement helps build bridge to new opportunities
AUSTIN, TX (PRWEB) February 20, 2005 -- US Market Development Group (USMDG) announces it has been engaged for two new management-consulting contracts by Chilean manufacturers to help bridge the resource gap between Chile and the U.S. Phase one of the contracts entails installing appropriate industry experts to provide oversight and advance the projects.
The first project requires a seasoned professional with pet and/or food industry expertise to assist a Chilean canned fruit company develop a line of pet foods for domestic use and for export. Research & development experience is important, as are production planning and familiarity with FDA regulations regarding pet food products.
The second project will require expertise in mining and industrial air filtration applications to assist a leading Chilean nitrate mining company with dust handling procedures. The company will require leadership on collection and removal of dust at all phases of its operation including conveyor systems, hammer mills, crushers, impactors, revolving screens, etc.
