InferData to Present at EclipseCON 2005 Conference

The annual gathering of the Eclipse community is an opportunity to get in-depth technical information from the Eclipse experts, and learn the latest tips and techniques for using the Eclipse tools

Austin, TX (PRWEB) February 28, 2005 -- InferData Ltd. announced today that they are scheduled to present a tutorial and participate in a technical exchange at EclipseCon 2005 which will be held from Monday, February 28th through Thursday, March 3rd at the Hyatt Regency in Burlingame, California.

Designed for beginner through advanced participants, the three conference themes include sessions and tutorials that focus on using the Eclipse tools, understanding the Eclipse projects and experiences using Eclipse.

Tutorial 28: Mastering Eclipse Modeling Framework
Monday, February 28, 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

This tutorial teaches the participants how to use and extend the Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF). Using a set of case studies, the participants master the EMF framework as a generative tool for model driven development. The tutorial explores all aspects of EMF development, from creation of models for EMF, use of generators and concluding with Java Emitter Templates for Java code generation. Petter Graff will also participate in the following Technical Exchange with Henrik Rentz-Reichert and Daniel Leroux.

EMF, GEF and UML2: Ready for a Graphical Modeling Framework (GMF) Project? Thursday, March 3, 10:30 am - 11:15 am

In this technology exchange participants can share their experiences using EMF/GEF/UML2. Which will be the characteristics of a common base for UML tools, MDA frameworks, graphical Domain Specific Languages?
